For his upcoming film 'Badmaashiyaan', TV actor Karan Mehra is essaying the role of a detective and his look seems to be inspired by Sherlock Holmes.

The actor feels that as the most famous sleuth's look is well known, there will be an instant connect.

Meanwhile Karan, who is also part of a box cricket reality show, was hit by a ball leading to a swollen face. So his Sherlock Holmes styling will have to wait for a bit.
