Buzz doing the rounds is that Ajay Devgn has approached Nicole Kidman for his next directorial venture 'Shivay'. Though the Hollywood star hasn't given her nod yet, talks are apparently on.

Devgn has described the project as his most ambitious venture which he will start shooting in Canada later this month.

The big budget film also has an action director from 'The Fast And The Furious' franchise aboard. If Kidman agrees, the dour Devgn will be grinning like a Cheshire cat. Devgn, who is also acting in the film, is also launching Saira Banu's grandniece, Sayesha, in the film.
