With cricket being the favourite subject for filmmakers in the recent past, for a change actor Sohail
Khan starrer 'Aryan' is going to highlight the action-packed sport of boxing.
The film, produced by Tele-Brands Entertainment, is about a boxer, played by Sohail Khan, who
learns less from victory and more from failures. He has one aim in life - to be a national boxing
champion under the guidance of his coach Ranvir Singh.
Women boxing coaches Amanda Buchanan and Anderson Amanda from Australia have trained
actors Sohail Khan and Indra Kumar for the action scenes in the movie.
An audio-visual presentation of the film's songs was shown at the launch.
On the occasion, film's co-producer Hitesh Israni said, ''Aryan will be to Sohial Khan what 'Zanjeer'
was to Amitabh Bachchan. It will be a big milestone for him.''
Sohail said, ''My friend
Abhishek Kapoor had faith in me even when I did not have faith in myself. I had just given a flop and
did not have the confidence to take up a new venture. Abhishek stood by me at that time.'' ''If I could
change one thing I would want 'Aryan' to be my debut film,'' he added.
