According to an insider, Birjee dropped in uninvited at around 2 am. An hour later he was seen abusing the waiters and bartenders, following which Dutt asked him politely to leave.

When the situation threatened to get out of hand, Dutt once again asked him to leave. But when he found Birjee continuing to ignore him, he punched him in the face. Dutt then handed him over to the security guards, who threw him out.
