Bollywood is getting more and more interested in Bhojpuri movies as these are able to produce good collections at regional theaters. Now ‘Aprahan' star Ajay Devgan will be seen in a Bhojpuri movie titled ‘Dharti Kahe Pukaar Ke' playing the role of Superintendent of Police.

But Ajay is not the main lead in the film, although his role is quite important. Reigning Bhojpuri superstar Manoj Tiwari is playing the main role. In the movie Ajay's character instigates Tiwari to fight injustice.

The movie has Bihar as the backdrop and shows the atrocities that people face there. The film is produced by prolific cinematographer Nirmal Jani.
