Siddharth Mallya, son of businessman Vijay Mallya, says he thought of joining the film industry three years back and he is happy about his debut film.

"Guess it's no longer a secret that I shot my debut film last month...wasn't the biggest role, but everyone has to start somewhere!," Siddharth tweeted.

"3yrs ago I made the decision to follow this different career path and I'm really happy that it is starting to bear some fruit!," he added.

According to reports, he will make his debut with an international production.
