And the fact remains that though Hussain has approached several other actresses to be cast in his next film, his admiration for the Queen Bee, Madhuri Dixit remains undiluted.
At the Shatrughan Sinha hosted function that presented its guests with his theatrical drama `Pati, Patni Aur Main` M.F. Hussain pleaded Madhuri to sit next to him, but the numero uno actress insisted that she would be seated only next to momma dearest. A ruined day for M.F. it may have been, but the event as a whole ended in a cherished moment for many others.
