Taapsee Pannu and Rakul Preet Singh are both claiming that they have replaced Nargis Fakhri in a skincare brand endorsement deal.

And each does not know about the existence of the other. A bit of probing in this curious case of replacement revealed that Nargis had a two-year contract which is over, so she is moving on.

The brand has now decided to rope in a bunch of newer actresses at a lesser price for their range. For the makers, it is a case of having more for less. Pure economics at work here.
