Television's hot-shot director of the 90's, Irfan Khan, is back, doing what he does best... directing the ever-popular countdown show 'Superhit Muqabla' on Doordarshan (Sundays, 10pm).

As the series takes off in its new avatar next week, there are quite a few firsts attached to it too. For one, its going to be produced by actor Chunky Panday, along with his business partner Abhijit Chowdhary.

Secondly, the show will also mark a comeback for India's biggest rap-star Baba Sehgal, who, apart from anchoring the opening episode, has also specially composed a foot-tapping Bhangra-hip-hop fusion number for its title song.

And last but not the least, the show promises to have an interesting celebrity on board, week after week, with the viewers winning loads of prizes through its contests. Way to comeback!
