What is your hometown like?
Lodi is a proud borough of close-knit Italian families who enjoy their small-town lifestyle, as well as the metropolitan lure of nearby New York City.
What were you like when you were a child?
Despite being ill most of the time, I was a very happy child with a loving and giving personality and used humor a lot to overcome my difficulties.

My older sister, Nicole

I was home-schooled due to severe asthma, and I am considered handicapped.

Other than being crowned Miss New Jersey, the day I was diagnosed with asthma

What was one defining moment in your life?
I want to accomplish three things: I will be the name and face of asthma, fighting to find a cure and making our nation asthma friendly. I will promote the importance of the education of women, and I will market Miss America as a regal and versatile leader and ambassador of our country.
