Letting myself relax and have fun without guilt is something I'm always working on. My instinct is to always feel like I should be doing more... learning more, working harder at the gym, studying more ect ect the list is endless. But I'm focused on changing that, living in the moment, and enjoying the time I have right now. Life is short so I encourage everyone to be gentle with yourselves.
