Rampur Indian Single Malt
This is the first Indian single malt whisky Rampur distillery, which is in Uttar Pradesh. The distillery itself dates back to the 1940s, but this is their first single malt to make it to our shores! It's fruity and full of cinnamon, honey, apricot and floral to the nose and gives you a touch of pepper. The amount of alcohol it carries is around 43% to 45%.

With a Good core of juicy barley, there would be a feel of caramel & chocolate in this. Picks up from lively spice along the way, with a little bit of waxy orange peel on the mid-palate. It is produced by the Kasauli Distillery in Himalayan Highlands at the altitude of around 5,000 to 6,000 feet, to give a flavor of vanilla, almond and cane syrup along with a smooth finish. To make this, grain-and-cane formula has to be garnered for the perfect flavor of orange peel. Overall it's quite nice actually.
