Stanley ka Dabba, is the story of a boy called Stanley and his friends, and their school years.
There's a typical English Miss (Divya Dutta), Hindi Master (Amol Gupte) and Science Prof(Divya Jagdal). As well as a peon, principal and the staff that people a school.
Gupte uses the opportunity to film and narrate many incidents from his own experiences as a young school-goer, and for the authenticity,, has shot for the film in the same school that he once attended.
Filmmaker Karan Johar said that Amole Gupte's upcoming film ' Stanley Ka Dabba' took him back to his school days and made him remember one of his teachers who really troubled him.
