Gaga topped a celebrity-only version of the list earlier this year, with Forbes giving the reason as 'not just because of her $90 million in earnings, but also because of her 32 million Facebook fans and 10 million twitter followers'.
Oprah falls from the top spot to No. 2 as she winds down her syndicated talk show and focuses on her new cable network, OWN (but she still earned a whopping $290 million).
Bieber rounds out the top three, buoyed by strong press coverage and social media presence, including 25 million Facebook friends.
U2 are an Irish rock band from Dublin.
