    Ever since his debut at the international stage, Sreesanth most of the times have made it to headlines for some not so pleasing reasons. Don't know whether it's because of some latent instincts of his or what, but by his contentious stances he has constantly proved that he loves to be in the lap of controversies.

    So have a look at some of the controversies pertaining to Sreesanth, which thoroughly prove that he is a habitual offender.

    The latest gem in Sreesanth's hall of shame is his alleged involvement in spot fixing scandal in the ongoing IPL season, where he reportedly took a bribe of 4 million to give away 14 runs in an over in a match against Kings XI Punjab on May 9.

  • Harbhajan is a backstabber

    Just a few days back, Sreesanth once again tried to stir up a hornet's nest, when he took on to twitter and made some very bizarre tweets pertaining to Slapgate incident.

    Reportedly he called Bhajji a backstabber and claimed that he never slapped him implying that what was done was much worse. Besides this he also demanded for the release of the video of the incident.

    During the inaugural season of IPL, Sreesanth's excess of odiousness fetched him his dues from, Harbhajan, when latter slapped the former after a match between his then franchise Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians at Mohali.

    Although Sreesanth was exculpated in the inquiry but, reportedly it was taunting mannerism of Sreesanth which compelled the turbanator to loose his cool.

    It's not that Sreesanth has fetched accolades for his frivolous behavior in domestic circuit only, rather he has always tried to exhibit his boorish side on the international platform also.

    In one such incident he was found guilty of shouldering England captain Michael Vaughan, while walking back to his bowling mark in the second Test at Trent Bridge in 2007. And bowled a beamer to Kevin Pietersen and a bouncer to Paul Collingwood after overstepping the crease by a huge margin, which looked more of a deliberate act.

    During Australia's of India in 2007, Sreesanth was once again succeeded denting his repute and landed up in a controversy when he rubbed Australia's Anderew Symonds the wrong way on a couple of occasions during that tour.

    This ruined brat's neanderthal attitude fetched him a criticism in an off field incident also, when in June 2012 he ended up arguing with a flight attendant, when he was asked not to sit near the emergency exit of the air craft, which subsequently led to the delay in take-off of the flight.
