Singer Demi Lovato hopes she and famed rapper Eminem can make "something awesome", inspired by their experiences as recovered drug addicts.
Lovato expressed her desire to collaborate with the rapper as she spoke of her anticipated fifth studio album, reports aceshowbiz.com.
"I'm excited to explore with different sounds which is what I'm doing in the studio right now and to see what comes about," she said.
Lovato went on to talk about her dream collaborators, which included Eminem.
"I can relate to him with being in recovery and things like that so I think we could make something awesome together," she said.
A few years ago, the 22-year-old pop star sought treatment for an eating disorder as well as drug and alcohol addiction. She previously also battled an addiction to painkillers and other drugs.
