Renee Zellweger says she misses the bigger boobs she had when she was filming Bridget Jones: The Edge Of Reason.

Renee was a size 14 during filming and has lost 20lbs since the movie finished reports the Mirror.

She said: "It was a sad day when I had to retire the bra to the underwear drawer. I don't get to keep the C-cup. If I could, believe me, I would.

"It was very exciting for me to fill out Bridget's dresses. It felt great."

Now Renee has slimmed down she says she's not convinced that men prefer her skinnier look. "Guys don't find it more attractive," she says. "I know that from my own experience and from seeing the women my guy friends are attracted to. They want the girl, the heart, the spirit and, gosh, if she's round and fills out a dress, all the better.

"I got such positive responses from the fellas in my life while I looked like Bridget Jones. I had a lot of friends who said I should think about keeping some of the weight on."

However, Renne says she gets frustrated when people speculate about her weight, she said: "It saddens me. I can't speak about it because I am not an authority on weight loss. I am just not. I am not challenged with a medical situation that's weight-related and that I need to pay attention to."

Bridget Jones: The Edge Of Reason is released in the UK on November 12.
