Brad Pitt's psychiatrist has claimed that the actor doesn't love Angelina Jolie and he is still in love with Jennifer Aniston.

Ron believes that Brad is still very much in love with the Friends actress, but will not leave his family life for fear of tarnishing his image.

Bard, 54, claims he told Brad in 2005 that he would meet a woman who'd 'change your whole life' while filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Yeah. We all know what happened after that.

But they're not in love - according to Bard. "At the end of the day, whether Pitt was in love or not, was not the question. The question was that he was a man who made a commitment to six children and he has been keeping his commitment to those six children," he said.

"Whether he loves her or not, that's another story."

Ron Bard said that the 'Troy' star was the type of guy who found his happiness within his own soul and he did what he thinks was right for him.

Bard asserted that the 50-year-old actor felt "boxed in".

"I think Miss Jolie is very clever, I think she's boxed him in, but he doesn't care about that because I think he loves the children more than the relationship."

He continued, "If you're a big star and you leave someone like Jennifer Aniston the world trashes you for years, now you leave six kids? What's your image, you're stuck. Looking at it... I think you have six kids with someone there's a certain amount of love. It's got to a point with celebrity, not Brad but just to make a general statement, a celebrity has to think of their image."

As for Jennifer Anniston, Bard said, "I don't think he ever disliked her, I don't think he ever had a bad bone in his body for Jennifer. I think he always loved her, I think he still loves her, but there's a lot of water under that bridge."
