The same has been happened with Gautam Rege who recently ordered a lotion of Rs. 300 from Amazon India and instead got earbuds worth Rs.19,000/- delivered to him. When he reached out to Amazon India customer care, he was informed that the order was 'non-returnable' and also got the cost of lotion with the refund of Rs. 300.
Now the co-founder and director of Josh Software, Gautam Rege is surprised by the extraordinary delivery by Amazon India. While sharing the experience, he wrote on his twitter handle, "Bose wireless earbuds (₹19k) delivered instead of skin lotion (₹300). @amazonIN support asked to keep it as the order was non-returnable!"
The picture shows the packaged headphones and a packet of detergent in a box. Check it out here:

Gautam's tweet quickly went viral and people also started sharing their own Amazon goof experiences. One tweep shared an incident where he had ordered a Dell monitor worth ₹13,000 on Amazon and got bottles of Colin and garbage instead.
After reading online faux pas delivery many people were asking for the link of skin lotion he ordered. Have to say that Gautam Rege is one of the lucky customers who got something that he is not complaining about and will surely going to order more lotions from Amazon India in the future.
