Sudha Ji, Wife of Infosys Founder Narayan Murthy, has taught us the moral values one should have in their life. Today, let's take you through some of the modest works that Sudha Ji has been a part of. Without any help of another person, Sudha offers services at Temples and Gurudwaras.
In an interview a few years back, Sudha Ji told that for three days in a year, she wakes up at 4 am and visits the Raghavendra Swamy temple to offer her services in the most simple way. For the next 4 hours, she spends her time in the kitchen by doing all the chores like cleaning the utensils, dusting, chops vegetable and what not!
Did we ever bother to help our mothers in her household chores, who works 24/7 just for us! We surely can take up something today from this modest works of Sudha Ji.
Talking about her experiences, Sudha Ji shared her most inspiring lessons for the money-minded generation, "Giving money is easy, because it is a simple transaction. But doing physical Seva is not."
She also gets motivation from Sikh philosophy of 'kar seva' and has often spotted taking care of devotees' footwears in a gurudwara in Delhi. And when asked why she does all that, she said, "In the eyes of God we all are equal, but not in the eyes of the society."
Not only this, but she has also been seen buying her own vegetables from local vendors without bargaining. A heart-warming picture of Sudha with a local also went viral a earlier this year.

Sudha Murthy is a role model for all of us, who run after money and fame and teaches us the importance of simplicity and compassion. Let's pledge to take away some learnings of Sudha Murthy Ji and apply them in our lives to be a better version of ourselves!
