What would happen if some strange things appear and disappear after a few times? Well, it's not less than any short horror story right! But a similar incident happened in the European country when a large monolith was spotted on the Compton beach on the Southwest of the Isle of Wight (an island off the South coast, England). Well, as per the reports, the monolith is estimated to be 7.5 feet high and 2 feet wide. This is not the first time that some strange monolith has appeared on the surface as, before this, a similar kind of monolith appeared in the American states of Utah, Romania, and California and was later on disappeared.

Monolith seems like a shiny metal object that was first spotted in the desert of Utah on November 18, by a helicopter crew and apparently, after some days, disappeared. The authorities are still speculating how a shiny metal object was installed in the middle of the desert but before any investigation the monolith disappeared.

31-year-old Ami Blackburn who saw the monolith said, "I thought it was very bizarre when I first saw it and immediately researched the ones found in Utah, California and Romania. We moved some of the sand from around the bottom and it's partly buried but we felt underneath and it was made of wood with mirrors stuck to the side."

She further added, "I'd love the idea of it being delivered by aliens but it's more than likely an unusual art project. But can 2020 get any weirder?" Tom Dunford, who saw the monolith for the first time, was walking his dog with his fiancee and his sister at the time when he saw the object on December 6. Dunford recognized the monolith thanks to similar sightings in Utah and Romania.

He said, "We went down the steps and to the right about 100 yards in front us we saw this big reflection of the sun. I knew about all the monolith stories recently, so I recognised it straight away."

Author John O'Brien took to Twitter and wrote, "I think global 'crop circlers' have got a new #lockdown hobby they can make these in their garage & pop them up even when there are no crops. Well, these monolith stories are getting more creepy and even authorities are not able to say anything on the matter. After America, the metal object is found in the European country so now we have to wait & watch whether the English government would say on the matter or not. Is it some natural monolith or any act by unknown identities, just like people are speculating that they are delivered by aliens. Well, we don't know but let's see if the monolith will appear again or not at some other coastal area or desert!
