BCCI President Sourav Ganguly Suffers A Heart Attack; Hospitalised In Kolkata
Sourav Ganguly, the former national cricket team captain and the President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, reportedly suffered a heart attack on Saturday and has been admitted to a hospital in his hometown, Kolkata. He is said to have felt uneasiness, dizziness and chest in pain while working out in his home gym in Kolkata. He was immediately rushed to the Woodlands Hospital after he suffered a 'mild cardiac arrest'.

It is also being said that Ganguly would need to get an angioplasty by evening, though he is out of danger now. An official statement from the doctors attending him is yet to come while Initial suggestions from sources, confirm that he would need to undergo a procedure by as soon as possible.

Speaking to ANI, sources in the know of the development, claimed that Ganguly complained of pain in the chest and might need angioplasty. "Dada (Sourav) complained of chest pain and was rushed to the hospital. He might need to undergo angioplasty. He is out of danger," the source told the agency.

PTI quoted a hospital official saying, "He is stable now. We are checking whether this pain is due to some cardiac problem or not. He requires to undergo several tests."

Well, the Chief Minister Of Kolkata also expressed her concern on the development and tweeted wishing Sourav Ganguly a 'speedy recovery'.
