Years ago, a Brazilian man found a Patagonian Penguin on the beach in front of his house, sick and covered in oil. He cleaned the bird, fed it sardines, and nursed it back to health. Now, Jinjin, as he has been named, visits the man every year during the penguin’s annual migration, reports the Wall Street Journal.
