ਕਹਤੁ ਕਬੀਰੁ ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਤੇਰਾ।। ਹਿਰਦੈ ਰਾਮੁ ਕੀ ਨ ਜਪਹਿ ਸਵੇਰਾ।। Says Kabeer, no one truly belongs to you. (Only God is your True Companion). Why not chant His Name in your heart, when you still have time? ~ Bhagat Kabeer Ji: SGGS Ji: 656
ਖੁਦੀ ਮਿਟੀ ਤਬ ਸੁਖ ਭਏ ਮਨ ਤਨ ਭਏ ਅਰੋਗ।। ਜਦੋਂ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਹਉਮੈ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਦੋਂ ਆਤਮਿਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਬਰਕਤਿ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਤੇ ਤਨ ਨਰੋਏ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। When selfishness is erased, peace comes, And the mind and body are healed!
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਹੈ ਵਰਸੈ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਧਾਰਿ।।
The Name of the Lord is Ambrosial Nectar;

ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਸਿਮਰਹੁ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਰਾਮ!!
ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਕਉ ਅਪਦਾ ਨਿਕਟਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਪੂਰਨ ਦਾਸ ਕੇ ਕਾਮ!!
ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰਿਓ! ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਿਆ ਕਰੋ!ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਬਿਪਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੀ, ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਸਿਰੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ!
ਸੋ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲਿ ਹੈ, ਜਿਥੈ ਕਿਥੈ ਮੈਨੋ ਲਏ ਛਡਾਈ।।
That Beloved True Guru is always with me; wherever I may be, He will save me.

ਪਹਿਲਾ ਮਰਣੁ ਕਬੂਲਿ ਜੀਵਣ ਕੀ ਛਡਿ ਆਸ।।
ਹੋਹੁ ਸਭਨਾ ਕੀ ਰੇਣੁਕਾ ਤਉ ਆਉ ਹਮਾਰੈ ਪਾਸਿ।।
First, accept death, and give up any hope of life.
Become the dust of the feet of all; and then, you may come to me!

Where there is no mother, father, children, friends or siblings - O my mind, there only the name of the Lord, shall be with you as your help and support.

ਇਹ ਜੁ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਸਿਹਰੁ ਮੇਲਾ ਦਸਤਗੀਰੀ ਨਾਹਿ ।।੧।।
O human being, search your own heart every day and do not wander around in confusion.
This world is just a magic show; you will not get anything from it.
